RESTful API for an automotive workshop: JWT auth, job pipeline, customer + vehicle records, automated email reminders, Cloudinary uploads. Express 5 on MongoDB.
Manual job tracking and inventory management led to missed appointments and stock-outs. Anbaa was running their workshop on WhatsApp and a notebook — customer histories vanished when the notebook filled up, service reminders never went out, and staff needed secure, role-based access.
Architected a comprehensive REST API with JWT authentication, auto-incrementing job IDs, Cloudinary file uploads, and cron-based email reminders. The API owns customer records, vehicle histories, and job-stage transitions; cron-scheduled email reminders go out for service intervals.
