Manual data entry from rental documents was time-consuming and error-prone. JRV needed automated agreement generation with audit trails, plus a single console covering fleet, financials, lead pipeline, and employee records across the Systems / Mobility / Construction divisions.
Integrated Google Cloud Vision for OCR and Gemini AI for structured data extraction. Built PDF agreement generation with @react-pdf/renderer and comprehensive audit logging. One internal console with 12 modules — fleet, financials, lead pipeline, employee records, AI document scanning, automated PDF reports — running daily across all 3 divisions.
