Full neobrutal redesign of jrvservices.co: scrollytelling 3D Honda Civic FC hero, live colour-picker 360° viewer, image-layered customizer, AI-written bilingual blog, Supabase-backed fleet, per-location SEO landing pages — all funnelling to WhatsApp.
The legacy Next.js 12 + Bootstrap site looked dated against the rest of the Malaysian car-rental category and had no story, no live fleet sync, no per-location SEO surface, and no immersive product experience to support premium pricing. Owner needed a redesign that ranked locally, told the JRV story, and made browsing the fleet feel as good as walking the lot.
Rebuilt as a multi-page Next.js 16 / React 19 / Tailwind app with neobrutal/retro identity. Hero runs a Draco-compressed Honda Civic FC GLB through @react-three/fiber with scroll-driven camera. /fleet pulls live cars from Supabase (catalog ⨝ cars) with an unconditional static fallback so the site renders with zero infra. Each car has a slug page with a drag-to-rotate 360° viewer and live colour swatches; the Bezza falls back to an image-layered customizer.
