01JRV Systems collects only the data you give us directly — name, email, message — when you contact the studio. We never sell, trade, or rent that data.

02We keep our own visitor log — first-party, no third-party analytics tag and no advertising trackers. For each visit we record the page, the referrer, any campaign tags, a device class, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the city and internet provider that IP resolves to. We use it to see which work brings people here; we do not sell it or share it for anyone's marketing. WhatsApp threads with the studio sit inside Meta's encrypted infrastructure; only the JRV team reads them.

03Precise location is never taken silently. Your browser will not release GPS coordinates without asking you first, and we only store coordinates — and the approximate address they resolve to — if you grant that permission. Decline, or ignore the prompt, and the site works exactly the same.

04You can request deletion of any data we hold on you by emailing jrvservices.ai@gmail.com. We'll action it within five working days.

05We use first-party cookies for session preferences (locale, theme), and browser storage to hold a random visitor id for our own traffic counts. No third-party analytics tag and no advertising trackers — but our visitor log does record your IP address and user-agent string, as described above.

06We use the LinkedIn API solely to auto-publish our own journal posts to the official JRV Systems company page. We store an access token for our own LinkedIn organisation account only — we do not collect, store, or process any LinkedIn member's personal data, profile information, or connections from visitors to this site. The token is held securely server-side, refreshed automatically, and used for no purpose other than publishing our posts. We comply with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and Platform Guidelines.

07We rely on a small set of trusted third-party processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database for journal content, contact submissions and our own aggregate traffic counts), Cloudinary (media delivery), Meta/WhatsApp (encrypted messaging), Soro (trysoro.com — supplementary journal articles), and LinkedIn (publishing our posts to our own company page). Each processes data only as needed to deliver its function; none receive your data for their own marketing.
