01JRV Systems collects only the data you give us directly — name, email, message — when you contact the studio. We never sell, trade, or rent that data.

02Analytics are aggregate and anonymised. WhatsApp threads with the studio sit inside Meta's encrypted infrastructure; only the JRV team reads them.

03You can request deletion of any data we hold on you by emailing jrvservices.ai@gmail.com. We'll action it within five working days.

04We use first-party cookies for session preferences (locale, theme) and Google Analytics for traffic insight. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.

05We use the LinkedIn API solely to auto-publish our own journal posts to the official JRV Systems company page. We store an access token for our own LinkedIn organisation account only — we do not collect, store, or process any LinkedIn member's personal data, profile information, or connections from visitors to this site. The token is held securely server-side, refreshed automatically, and used for no purpose other than publishing our posts. We comply with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and Platform Guidelines.

06We rely on a small set of trusted third-party processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database for journal content and contact submissions), Cloudinary (media delivery), Google Analytics (aggregate traffic), Meta/WhatsApp (encrypted messaging), Soro (trysoro.com — supplementary journal articles), and LinkedIn (publishing our posts to our own company page). Each processes data only as needed to deliver its function; none receive your data for their own marketing.
