01Quotes from JRV Systems are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Acceptance triggers the deposit milestone documented in the proposal.

02Source code, designs, and brand assets transfer to the client on final invoice settlement. JRV retains the right to display the work in portfolio context.

03Maintenance retainers run on a rolling 30-day notice. Either party may terminate at the end of any cycle without penalty.

04These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes are resolved in Seremban or via mutual arbitration agreement.
