Rank where your buyers search.
SEO here is the work of making a site findable for the searches your buyers actually run: technical fixes so it can be crawled, pages that answer specific commercial queries, and local signals so you appear in the map pack for your town.
Technical SEO + content strategy + local pack domination. We've taken JRV brands from page 3 to position 1 for service+city queries across Malaysia. No black hat. No keyword stuffing. Just craft.
Most sites that are not ranking have no technical fault at all. The robots file is fine, the sitemap is valid, the pages are indexed. What is missing is a page that answers the query a buyer types, and enough age and authority for Google to prefer it over the directory sites currently occupying the results.
The second thing we find often is volume without substance. A site with two hundred URLs where most are syndicated or machine-written does not have two hundred chances to rank. It has a diluted topic and a scaled-content problem, and the handful of pages meant to sell something are the thinnest on the site.
The third is the local pack. For service plus town queries, the three map results above the organic list take most of the clicks, and they are won largely by a properly managed Google Business Profile — reviews, categories, photos, service areas — not by anything on your website.
Full technical crawl plus Search Console: what is indexed, what gets impressions and no clicks, what gets clicks and ranks eleventh. Impressions with a poor click rate is a title problem; no impressions at all is a content problem. They need opposite fixes.
For each target query we look at who ranks now. Directories and job boards mean a winnable result. Established competitors with years of authority mean a long-tail entry point instead. Keyword volume alone tells you almost nothing.
Redirects, canonicals, hreflang, crawl depth, structured data, Core Web Vitals. Usually the smallest part of the work and it gets done first because everything else depends on it.
One page per real commercial intent, with a clear definition up top so an AI summary has something to quote, and internal links from a topic hub. Programmatic generation where a genuine page pattern exists — never as filler.
Google Business Profile properly filled and kept alive, categories and service areas set, review flow in place, plus the directory listings that already rank for your terms.
Monthly, on impressions, position and clicks from Google's own data. Not a rank-tracker screenshot from a tool nobody else can see.
Published rates. Content is priced per piece so you can start with five pages rather than commit to a year.
Technical crawl, Search Console analysis, competitor SERP read, and a prioritised fix list you can hand to any developer — including one who is not us.
Briefed and written against a specific query with the internal linking planned in. Malay and English.
For the queries worth buying while the organic work matures. Meta Ads run RM 2,000 setup plus RM 600 a month. Ad spend is separate and paid by you.
We cut ninety machine-written pages out of our own index rather than defend the URL count, then built the pages that target real commercial queries. The same audit we would run on yours, run on ourselves.
Two longer answers sit outside the service pages: the reference guides on the LHDN e-Invoice phases and what each route into MyInvois costs, and the sector notes on what each sector's day-to-day record has to hold before software touches it.
